These terms govern use of XoneX Feedback websites and product. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

XoneX Feedback provides QR-based guest feedback collection, dashboards, recovery workflows, analytics, and related workspace tools. Features and limits depend on your plan (Starter, Pro, or Business).

Accounts

• You must provide accurate signup information
• You are responsible for activity under your workspace
• Admins control invites, roles, and branch access for their team

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse guest collection flows, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform security or other customers.

Customer data

Feedback and workspace content belong to the customer. You grant us rights needed to host and process that data to operate the product. See our Privacy policy for more detail.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the pricing shown at purchase unless cancelled. Free Starter usage remains subject to published limits (branches, QR codes, monthly feedback, and branding).

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Check Status for current system notes.
