How do guests leave feedback?

Guests scan a QR code at a branch or table. The form opens on their phone — no app download. Submissions appear in your workspace inbox and can route into the recovery queue when scores are low.

What is a recovery queue?

Negative feedback can be assigned to managers for follow-up. Resolve items with a note so your team keeps a clear history of guest recovery.

Can I run multiple locations?

Yes. Starter is for one branch. Pro supports up to five. Business unlocks unlimited branches, branch comparison, and role permissions.

Where do I manage QR codes and forms?

After you sign in, use QR codes and Form management in the app sidebar. Table-wise QRs are available on Pro and Business.
